iPROMOTEu Announces Key Leadership Promotions at Executive, Director Levels

iPROMOTEu has announced updates to their executive and management teams with the promotion of Joe Hoffmann to senior vice president of operations, Dave Kneram to senior vice president of software engineering, Emily Codner to director of affiliate services, and Mike Segal to director of accounts receivable.

Hoffmann joined iPROMOTEu in January 2021 as vice president of vendor management, overseeing all aspects of vendor interaction and supply chain. Previously, Hoffmann worked at alphabroder, Prime Resources, and Jetline.

Kneram joined iPROMOTEu as vice president of information technology in December 2020. For the last two-plus years, he was instrumental in leading the technology team, as well as the launch of iPROMOTEu’s proprietary iSUITE order management system. Before joining iPROMOTEu, Kneram was an IT leader with VistaPrint and Cimpress.

Codner has more than 15 years of experience in the promotional products industry building and maintaining client relationships, including more than a decade with iPROMOTEu, most recently as the senior manager of affiliate services. She serves on the Advisory Council for A Woman’s View, and is also part of the PPAI Women’s Leadership Conference Workgroup.

Segal has held roles of increasing responsibility in finance at iPROMOTEu for more than six years, most recently as senior manager of accounts receivable. In addition to leading a team of accomplished AR professionals, he will continue to identify efficiency opportunities and improvements while supporting the financial success of the iPROMOTEu affiliate network.

“Each of these key leaders consistently contributes in notable ways to iPROMOTEu’s growth and success,” said Ross Silverstein, iPROMOTEu founder, president, and CEO. “Their excellent work, unwavering dedication and loyalty, and over-the-top customer service to our affiliates led to these well-deserved promotions. It is a privilege for me, and all of us at iPROMOTEu, to have them on our team.”
